Exuberance with a cause

Many may find what has been happening in
Hong Kong quite surprising, in terms of the behaviour of the one
who exited and the one who’s taking over. But in line with my earlier
guess, it seems natural to allow for a degree of expressive “exuberance”. We may witness more signs of that in the coming days or weeks. Whistling needs to be done and needs to be seen to be done. After all, how do you change a political
leadership, for whatever period of time?
